Jean Billingsley


Jean Billingsley is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist and has worked in renewable power professionally and as a VSO volunteer in the Philippines. Her interests include sustainable development, education, renewable energy, clean water, alleviation of poverty, and protecting the environment and natural habitats from litter and pollution.


She is the Founding Director of Dux Consulting Ltd, providing management consulting and training, and previously held senior management positions at multi-national engineering companies, most recently as Programme Manager. Jean has an honours degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Warwick Business School. She has been a Trustee of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and a Chartered Management Institute West Midlands Board Member.


Jean was elected a Director of ESRAG in 2017. She joined Rotary in 2007, and was the Team Leader for a District 1060 Rotary International Group Study Exchange in 2013, with her professional interest as sustainable development. Past President of the Rotary Club of Warwick Avon, she is the 2017/2018 President Elect of the Rotary Club of Sandbach Crosses, District 1285, in the UK.
