Pauline Amez-Droz


Pauline has over 10 years of international experience in water resources management for the private and public sector. More recently, her passion for waste minimisation led her to a Specialist Business Improvement position. Originally from Switzerland, where she obtained a M.Sc. in Hydrogeology and Geothermics, she lived and worked in Southern Africa, Australasia and Southern Asia. She currently resides in Australia where she relishes a minimalist lifestyle.


Pauline is the founder and chairperson of the first Diversity Committee of Fortescue Metals, a founding member of the Early Career Hydrogeologists' Network in Western Australia and has co-chaired several seminars and conferences over the years. Pauline is also a founding member of the newly established Rotary Club of Elizabeth Quay in Western Australia. A club with the vision to make Rotary attractive for the younger generations.
