Position Overview: As a Part-Time Task Force Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping us promote sustainable, environmental projects and practices. You assist in managing the development of new Task Forces, expansion of existing Task Forces and essential reporting and record keeping activities that align with ESRAG’s strategic goals and objectives and promote ESRAG’s Task Forces key programs and initiatives.
.Responsibilities:
- Assist new Task Forces in completing Board approval requirements and monthly Board of Director reports in a timely manner.
- Assist existing Task Forces in expanding membership and timely reporting.
- Periodically (schedule TBD) attend individual Task Force meetings to become familiar with their operations.
- Periodically (schedule TBD) attend Regional Chapter meetings to raise awareness of the Task Forces.
- Coordinate with potential new ESRAG members who may be interested in joining a Task Force.
- Collaborate with Task Forces and volunteers to ensure goals and milestones are met.
Qualifications:
- ESRAG and/or Rotary experience preferred.
- Positive work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English and English copywriting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with volunteers, staff, and external partners. Ability to assist with developing text and graphics in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva. Ability to adhere to strict Rotary International and ESRAG branding guidelines where applicable.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and volunteers efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with diverse interest groups. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and team members.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing databases, and handling correspondence.
