About Our Chapter
The Eastern NA Regional Chapter covers a large area from Eastern Canada to the Caribbean. We are a lively group of more than 230 members from 62 Rotary Districts!
We formed ESRAG to empower members of the Rotary family worldwide to take actions to sustain our environment, particularly to stabilize our climate. How can ESRAG help you? ESRAG provides an organizing point and informational resources to share information with clubs and communities about sustainable practices and the global humanitarian crisis of climate change.
Our action model:
Identify environmental leaders within the Rotary world, assist them in initiating environmental service projects that are meaningful to THEM, help where we can, and acknowledge and publicize their awesome work.
Did you know that RAG membership is “open to Rotarians, their family members as well as participants and alumni of all Rotary and Foundation programs?” Please join if you are not yet a member and invite your Rotary colleagues, too!
We look forward to collaborating with you to bring Rotary’s ‘Service Above Self’ ethic to solving environmental problems.

Seven Directors Elected/Appointed
The Rotarians chosen as ESRAG Directors in 2023 represent six nations. They bring a wide array of skills, and senior leadership experience in Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation.
Flourishing Partnership with Trees that Feed Foundation
In her quest for climate solutions, Cathy Henry of the Rotary Club of St. Catharine’s South, Ontario, Canada, has connected a growing number of Rotary Clubs to the Trees that Feed Foundation (TTFF)TTFF plants fruit trees – mainly breadfruit – to feed people, create jobs, and benefit the environment in 20 countries.
ESRAG Funds Go Green
ESRAG’s Directors voted to move ESRAG’s funds to a green bank whose loans go towards accelerating clean energy development. This is part of our commitment to walk the talk on climate responsibility.
