WHAT IS IT?
15-day Plant-Rich Diet Challenge
ESRAG is challenging clubs, districts, and individuals to try out and take the 15-day Plant-Rich Diet Challenge. Our doctors tell us that eating diets rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds is essential to good health. It’s also good for our economy (lower diet-related health care costs) and our planet’s health.

- A plant-rich diet cookbook and pantry list. Making meal prep simple and efficent.
- Daily emails for 15 days. Cheering you on, providing recipies, scientific facts, helpful tips, and so much more.
- Video Speaker Series. Access to our outstanding speaker presentation series providing education and inspiration.
- Cooking Workshops. Unsure how to get started with cooking a plant-rich diet, we have you covered with easy to follow workshops.
- Group challenge templates. If you are organizing a Challenge for a club or group, we’ll also send you helpful information to support your efforts.
