Carlos Montoya (Mexico) is Chair of ESRAG’s Latin America Chapter. He co-chaired the 2021 virtual World Environment Area of Focus Conference hosted by ESRAG LATAM, and organized the 2023 Symposio Latinoamericano de Medio Ambiente in Cuidad Juárez, a hybrid conference.  He brings professional training in public relations, communications, international relations, and negotiation to his extensive Rotary service on sustainability and peace, including public relations for the 2020 World Peace Conference of the Rotary Action Group for Peace.
