Calling all cooks! Share your favorite plant-based recipe with us!
Have a favorite recipe that you love to make? Or a dish that friends and family always ask for? Want to become famous and share it? Well, almost famous! The ESRAG Plant-Rich Diet Task Force is updating the plant-based cookbook that accompanies the Plant-Rich Diet Challenge. This guided journey into more planet friendly eating has been enjoyed by over 1,000 Rotarians and friends in the past few years. We would love to include your favorite recipes for plant-based dishes in the second edition - whether easy or complicated, sweet or savory. If you're comfortable sharing a photo of yourself, your Rotary club and location, and even a short note about your dish, we'd love to share that too. Simply complete this short & simple submission form before March 1st. Thanks in advance for sharing the recipes you love with the world.
